professional contracts: teaching doesn't seem to promising in Florida?

professional contracts: teaching doesn't seem to promising in Florida?

i teach in Seminole County and this is my first year in that county. i am concerned about my job. there is a 5% cut in teachers. i know i would be one of the first to go because I have the least about of years. this is depressing. is it like this in other places?
