What is the best way to teach a dog "beg"?

My mini Dachshund sort of knows what I want. But she stands up on her hind legs instead of balancing while sitting. How can I get her to stay seated and not jump up towards the treat?
I've been making her sit and then I say beg and do the hand sign.

When I had my dog, she could never fully do a beg, but would drape her front legs around my arms...it was so cute though! Just a modified version of it!

I have 3 of this breed and the way I stop the jumping is when i offer them a treat and one stays seated this one gets the treat frist. If all are jumping I tell them no, also hold treat higher above the head so they have to really sit on the tail works every time for me and i LOVE IT WHEN THEY SIT AND BEG SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE DON'T YOU THINK???

You could get the dog most fav food and hold it in the air. or you could go to a dog trainer
