Explain or describe what a teaching and learning resources assistant is please??

there is an advertisement in my college in the applied languages centre for a summer job as a teaching and learning resources assistant. It sounds like something I might be interested in but I would like a proper description on the job before applying if anyone can help me please do. The college or the ad dont provide any information like this so anything is appreciated.
