With Great Strides in Modern Technology............?

..................why has man fallen behind in morality?
@Duke, you say that everybody's culture and morals are different. But I ask, does that make it right when everybody is off doing whatever they FEEL is morally right for them, while causing others to suffer because of it.
Do you feel that the war in Iraq is morally right, or is that Bush's call and he's entitlled to it because of his cultural and moral beliefs, even though it's caused thousand of innocent lives to be wasted and trillions of dollars to be thrown away. It that moral? Is that okay?
Have you ever thought about the One who sets the standards by which we all should live...........God! How about pleasing Him for a change and not leaning on our own understanding of what is right or wrong for us.
Proverbs 3:5-6 ......Trust in God with all your heart, do not lean upon your own understanding, in all your ways acknowlege Him and He will make your paths straight."
@ Theo and Ebs, I am referring to the times we live in NOW! Not during slavery and other times........they were not as enlightened as we are today, sure, a lot of terrible things were done then, but do we have to follow suit?
We are smarter and better educated today, but we still seem to be lacking in the morality dept.
Government is still corrupt, the rich get richer and the poor stay poor...is that moral? Our constitution says that "all men are created equal, with life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness....it appears to me that the "moral demon" has taken those rights from the people here in this country.....can we say "depression" boys and girls! Not recession.

But, I guess it's the big corporations and power hungry politicians moral/cultural right to act as they please!
