This all depends on the college,
and specifically what you want to do.

If you want to be a programmer in some
application that involves math, go BS.

If you want to be an IT professional in some
application that involves business or some
kind of database application. go BA.

But you should look at the specific
coarse work and decide what you like.
Always do what you like, actually love.

go for BS, as BIT is somewhat open rather you can go into various stream at later stage. But BS will be more specific, so if you have bull's eye go for it. Best Wishes !!
