Please help with my food technology!?

I need to know how long sponge (basic low fat sponge with flour, eggs and sugar), raspberry couli (raspberry, icing sugar and water) and greek yoghurt with cream cheese, sugar and eggs can last once it's chilled? It's for my coursework however i forgot to actually chill the products so i need a pretty precise answer!!

in an industrial kitchen you usually keep food in the fridge for 5 days, hope this helps.
