| Is this technology used appropriately for justice? When involving DNA for example to prove if someone is guilty or not... Are there any flaws in convicting someone just from a DNA match? I mean couldn't someone have been to the scene of the crime before the actual CRIME and still be accused for committing it? Also isn't siblings DNA sometimes so similar it's hard to tell the difference? SO yea, please answer... I'm curious. |

| 1) no you can't convict on DNA alone. You need corroborating evidence (physical) and testimony from experts and witnesses 2) No, even siblings and relative do not have the exact same DNA. The only people who would have "trouble" are Twins, as they will have the exact same markers. but their fingerprints will be different. |
