...(touchscreen, SMS, webcam) into a bar? What is the least expensive way to integrate "interactive" technology (touchscreen, SMS, webcam) into a bar?

What ways could a bar inexpensively integrate tech into its experience? Examples include iBar/Touchscreen Tabletops ($$$), webcams recording the dance floor and broadcast over screens in the bar ($$), a screen showing relevant things posted on Twitter ($). Touchscreen games, jukebox, etc. But what is the LEAST EXPENSIVE way to realistically do these things?

Build a multitouch monitor into a bar. Just buy a multitouch monitor and hook it up to any computer that is fast enough to handle video, music, etc. Then u can add SMS, webcams, twitter or anything you want to it. An Apple computer would probably work best. Or you could just add the iPod touch which is like the iPhone without the phone. They do twitter, sms, email, aim, and just about anything.
