Actually it's the oil companies who have these things. There was a man that invented a carb for a car that got 90 miles to the gallon and the oil companies bought it from him then locked it away so no one could get it and use it and the assumption that the others have made in their answers is dead wrong. EVERY president has gotten millions of dollars from the oil companies every election. Bill Clinton got millions which he put into a Swiss bank account in Chelsea's name.
