Manufacturing engineering,mechanical engineering,Aerospace or Nano technology?

I'm a manufacturing engineer & I want to select 1 of the scinces belove to study in M.S. course. which one do u sujest that is more efficiant & have good job oportunity specially for the one who is innovator & inventor?

1- Manufacturing engineering

2- mechanical engineering

3- Aerospace

4- Nano technology
