Suggest a site dedicated to Web 3 technology?

I don't find many resources when googling for "Web 3".

email, chatroom, search engine, forum......are killer apps for "Web 1"

then enter facebook, digg, youtube...... as "Web 2" superstars

I wonder what makes a "bigbang" for the coming "Web 3" ?

Point me to the sites dedicated to "Web 3" discussions.
