older inovative technologies mp3 player 1gb problem?

its 1 gb and it has a shiney silver back and it is black on the front. i cant put movies on it there is no movies folder just music photos and recordings. i cant jus drop it in a nother folder or create a video folder any 1 no what 2 do
it says that it can hold videos

Are you trying to put videos on it, if so, you can't, the player just can't do it.
