does anyone think that the more technology we make the more problems we will have...

...in the future, or easier? I believe some technology is good(cancer treatments, chemo etc.) but do we really need most of it. the indians lived just fine until we took their land. we keep buiding our technology until there will be no use for us to live really. I believe artificial intelegence will be the next for of life or so to speak. and yet we still feel driven to go in that path.

Certainly easier. I LOVE technology and I have a very positive outlook on it all.

Technology tends to solve a lot of the problems it creates; certainly we can survive as the Indians did.... but not as comfortably. Technology is...evolution, its the direction of humanity...its simply development.
Even the Indians had technology...any implements/tools they utilised were developments and thus technology, albeit at its lowest form.
I believe that technology has certainly caused some harm to the environment, however, its the only way to move forward....progress.

Human beings are an evolutionary dead-end, and we will probably take most of the species on Earth with us. Sad, but true. Look at the facts. We can't control our breeding, we really don't care much about each other, we constantly fight, and we are more concerned with making a few buck in the short run than with the quality of our lives over the long term.

The funny thing is: People that 'sell-out' are considered responsible, but they will, in the end, be the death of us all.
