| help with Installing a Sims 2 game--probably just need some common technology sense
that i dont have? i installed a sims 2 game on my laptop and it asked for the code on the back. so i put it in but my laptop is really slow so i decided to install it on my computer. and when i put the code in it wont work. how can i install this on my computer?

Be sure you are getting the characters right. If it doesn't work, contact EA support. There's no reason why it shouldn't, I had it installed on an old computer and bought a new one and installed it on the new one.
