How can I get passed Deep Nines Technology (a web and proxy blocking site)?

A system at my school known as Deep Nines Technology has blocked off several websites (Myspace, games, music, etc.). It has also blocked virtually any Proxy website. Is there any possible way to get passed it?

you need fresh unblocked proxies everyday as proxies tend to be blocked in a matter of days.

Here is a group my friends and I use at school and all the proxies so far work like a charm.
