Ulver has a spectacular aura about
Degree or Cert (Information Technology)?

So, I fell for the whole "Get on the path to a perfect future with ITT Tech" schtick and now find myself paying $36000 back to sallie mae, for an A.A.S. Obviously, I learned my lesson and won't be returning for a bachlores at this joke of a school

So, now my plan is getting Certs in A+, MCSE, And Cisco CCNA ICND. I suppose Network Infrastructure is something I have excelled at immensely, so I will be taking up that route.

So, is it wise to Continue another 2 years for a B.S, and then go for my certs. Or should I forget the extra 2 years, receive my certs, and start job searching. Obviously I know I won't be on the $100k a year path any time soon, but having an A.A.S, including the cert's mentioned, is it possible to at least find a job that makes around $35k+ a year?

It is possible, but you need the BS to go along with the certifications. The IT field is an immensely competitive field, so you have to have an edge. Unfortunately, an Associate degree doesn't give you much of an edge in today's job market. It would be wise to go ahead and start looking for entry-level work, but you should work on your BS as well.

I think so. I will be graduating with a BS in IT ( this May) from a very famous university and Ive already been offered jobs that earn $55k annually ( without bonuses). And im not even certified in anything. My internship alone netted me $18/hr. So, based on my experience, a BS is a really lucrative investment. Just make sure whichever school you attend, their IT program has has a good reputation with major companies.
