how can i develop a basic chatting using JSP or JSF technology?

i develop sites using JSP and JSF, and i want to create a very basic chatting to chat with my workmates"live",
for example, i give each workmate a unique username and once the login they see a chatting box and they just chat,
no need for any fancy coding

need some help please
