3 yr Neutered male cat acting weird.?

Sometimes when Velcro wakes up after catnapping on me (usual facing me). He will wake up with is eyes dilated and will squawk then latch on to my clothing when I try to pet him. Then he will start moving his backside as if something is bugging him. I have turned him and he has an erection. He used to do this before he was fixed. What is making him do this again and how do I stop it?
He's not spraying. Also he'll do this when playing with Fred (2yr male neutered)

You might want to call your vet, just to make sure it isn't a problem. It doesn't sound like a big deal though.

He is spraying... territorial .. I guess he likes yah and wants everyone to know your his =D

its just weird for a cat it's consions is just acting up give a little more time to react to it if don't work please contact me
