Help??? I just recently got hired and I need some suggestions for Marcus Movie...

...Theater Cinema??? I just got hired by getting a phone call a few days ago on Wednesday and said your hired. Now I need to go to this orientation next Thursday. I'm 17 so when would be the time to get the work permit filled out? Should I have them fill out the stuff because there is a job section on it? If I do work more hours later on would I have to update the permit? Also I'm a guy and I wear an earring. Would that be bad since there more of that professional job who wears tuxes and dress up shoes like I'm going to prom? To be honest I wasn't ever interviewed by them. I guess sometimes jobs perhaps can skip a step. So could you please help and answer those questions of mine? At least I'm 18 in about mid May so then the work permit is a piece of paper that's worthless because I'm then not a minor but rather an adult who can stand up for himself without school intervening with my life for when it comes to having a job.
