Do you like girls that act blonde and stupid!!!?

U know...flirt a lot, make jokes, and giggle about everything!!
I am a brunette who sometimes has blonde moments and I seem to laugh at everything. I don't do it on purpose, I just was wondering if people think i am annoying. I actually am really smart, I got a full ride scholarship for academics to college!!! I am not trying to discriminate, so don't think that please.
