| Are you allowed to smoke infront of a movie theater?
Can you smoke outside of a movie theater? (i'm in Texas if it matters) Are the police allowed to ask to see if you have an ID (to see if you're underage)? If they are, what happens if you DON'T show them your ID? Can they arrest you or something?      |
