| Can a Movie Theater deny access to a movie? Under any circumstances? *SOURCE...
...REQUIRED*? If I am 10, can I get into a PG-13 movie w/o my parents? An R-rated movie? Or even an NC-17? What if I, being 14, walked in, and said that I wanted an NC-17 ticket? Do they have LEGAL grounds to deny me a ticket? Or do they HAVE to sell me a ticket? I am in Illinois, U.S.A. They don't sell you booze because it's a LAW. It's called the "Motion Picture Association of America film rating system", not the "...film rating law set". And I was wondering if it really is the same as a private home. I'm just asking for a source specifically because alot of Y!-answerers jst say "yes", "no", "idk", "ur dumb", etc. No offense meant.      |
