| Why do some older male customers act rude towards male servers/employees?
I work in a coffee shop, and I've noticed that when older men are served by guys, the older men tend to be rude and condescending towards them. From my experience, our best employees have been guys, so I don't get it. What's their problem? It's sooo unattractive.
