Dream - me (male) acting as surrogate mother by taking tablet?

Had the weirdest of dreams last night/this morning. To give some background, I am gay and broke up with my partner 2 months ago, who has now left the country - I ended the relationship but he has been calling me 60+ times a day asking to come back. I have also been feeling a bit under the weather and have had some time off work in the past week.

So in the dream an unknown woman asked if myself, my ex, and 2 others would take a tablet to become pregnant and have a baby for her. I remember opening the tablet to find a cloudy liquid and 8 small black things (presumably eggs) and taking all 8 even though we had been advised to take 4.

I then ended up on a roadtrip through a foreign country on dirt track roads and felt some stomach pains and dizziness and understood this meant I was pregnant - although I wasnt smoking I remember feeling guilty for having a cig

We then went to the woman's house and I explained to her that if all 4 fell pregnant I would want to keep my own baby.
