| I have a 4 yr old golden retreiver. And she has been acting wierd. How do you know
when a dog has a toothache She has been pawing at her mouth and chewing repeatedly on her gums. Im scared to go near her because she keeps on chewing and wont stop and I dont know if she will bite me. What do you think is wrong with her?

she might have something stuck somewhere in her mouth or could have tooth ache. Th e best advice you can get is don't be afraid of her. dogs can telll when you are afraid and this will cause her to start to be aggressive and act dominant. what you needto do is relax and push your fear out and call her over in a sweet voice and keep taling to her in a soothing voice so you can take a look. but if you are still scared or she doesnt stop call the vet.
