why is he acting like he likes me and then not doing anything?

ok so theres this guy and he is awesome and i like him.
so we have been talking a lot lately and he acts like he likes me.
then he goes and asks out one of my friends that was pissed at him the day before she found out i liked him.
i have decided she is being b*tchy becasue she does this a lot and yelled at me today for asking one question.
but back to him, what is up with him doing all this? and he is still like texting me and stuff so im really confused. HELP PLEASE.

btw- this is like 14/15 year old stuff so keep it clean, no one in this equation is having sex or anything

this is happening to me too so i thinkk that this guy is just trying to get your attention//make you jealouss. it might just be his personality or way of flirting. its weird but thats how it is. so i reccomend you tell your friend how you feel and you dont want this guy ruining your friendshipp. talk to him too and just try to figure out whats going on :]
