Can you send you ACT/SAT score AFTER you've taken the test?

I am wondering if I can send my scores to different colleges when I'm actually applying to college, because I am taking the ACT tomorrow and I only have signed up to send my scores to 4 colleges that they give you for free during registration.

So lets say I begin to apply to colleges during the fall... will I still be able to send my scores to other colleges that I want to apply to? Or do I have to register and pay to send them right now, because I haven't decided on colleges!!
