The Phantom Theater returning to Kings Island?

I have seen rumors and some videos about the Phantom Theater ride returning to Kings Island Amusment Park. Does anyone have any idea about this? It was my favorite ride growing up. I saw a video that had the Maestros voice saying "And once again, I'm sure some of the restless headliners of the theater wouldn't mind to make an appearance." And then the end of the Video had "Kings Island 2008". The 2008 part was in red so I didnt know if this emant it would be returning for feat fest possibly? I dont know I have seen a few rumors so if someone could tell me for sure that would be great!
