***35*** has a spectacular aura about
Learning disabled, college / Act scores????

Ok, my child ( 17 ) has Central Auditory processing disorder / she has worked extremely hard to suceed in school. She takes the regular classes, with some modifications ( extra time for testing ,etc. ) She has stayed on the honor roll since in High School ( 3.5) when it came to the ACT testing , they submitted the paper work for extended time and she was rejected , anyone that is familiar with CAPD, knows the extended time is very much needed. I was very proud of her, she got a 15, which i explained with her disability, and NO accomodations,, this was good for her first try! I plan on getting her extra help to get the number up, but not sure if it will help without extra time for her to read, process, and answer well. She does not want to go to community college ( nothing against that ) but she has worked sooooo hard to achieve the 3.5 GPA, i would hate for her 15 ACT score to prevent her from being excepted somewhere. Any help here, suggestions, etc.

Thanks!
