| Comsumer Credit Act 1974 request?
Am i right in thinking that I am able to request a signed true copy of the agreement I signed for a credit card from the company. If I request it is the company legally obliged under the CCA to give me a copy, and dose anyone know if it's true that if they can't provide the agreement than it is not enforceable in law
