Why the heck is he acting like that..please advise, no sure on what to do or think?

There's this one guy at d company I work at and I always felt he like me from the way he looked and acted around however both of us were involved so we never did anything but kept it business whenever we worked together..then after 6 months not seeing eachother we ended up working together and both of us where not with those people anymore so he asked me out and atfirst I thought it's just a friendly thing but after that nite he started calling me everyday and wanting to see me all the time so I was curios to see what's going on and clear things between us since I started falling in love with him and he said that he's too busy and don't want to put me through that but he never clarified if we were just friends or something mroe serious, since then he still kept calling me 4 times a day and seeing eachother every 2 wks since he's in his final months in college now the past 3 wks he's been calling me once every 3 days and he was supposed to come with me to a friend's party
which he didn't actually didn't even call me that day...then he called me on saturday and asked me how it went and I was like it was funa dn I wished you were there...so I'm wondering why the hell this guy if he's not intersted in me like that keeps calling me coz I do have male friends but I talked to them once every 2 weeks if not a month...is he playing a game or just got too much on his mind since he's in he last week of college?? He's graduating next week with his masters...could that be the reason???
