What are the best Broadway auditions sites?

I am a teenager and I’ve have been doing a QUITE a bit of acting a while at my community theater with 6 years of singing lessons, tap lessons, jazz/dance lessons, and ballet. I am not equity however. Does anybody know any free audition web sites that allow open auditions just to give my career a kick? Thanks!!

Your best bets are Playbill.com and Backstage.com. Though backstage costs a membership fee, it lists almost EVERYTHING (open calls and equity calls). Playbill is a free site (click FIND A JOB or JOB POSTINGS on the left column). It is updated daily.
