My Exilim S-10 is acting strange?

I've had this camera for about half a year now and its worked fine until my friend accidently dropped it. Now everytime I use the camera, the screen turns really dark and only the really bright lights can be seen. This happens occasionally but I was wondering if this is fixable since nothing else is wrong with the camera and I just don't want to throw a 250 dollar camera away after a few months.
