he attaches no importance to what I say, nitpicks at me all the time, acts like I do nothing compared to him.?

My boyfriend of 6 years has no interest of spending time with me. He works out of town 5 day a weeks and spends the weekends at home. Every weekend for as long as I can remember he has his now 13 yr old son come over.This is not visiting rights...he gave his rights away when his ex's new husband adopted the boy. When he isn't with his son he's with his friends. I dont get to spend any alone time with him all week and now weekends. Our sex life is non existant ! He attaches no importance to what I say, nitpicks at me all the time, acts like I do nothing compared to what he does. He argues with me in front of his son. I feel like he takes me for granted .I feel I always come in 4th following work, kids, and friends friends. I need to be in the top 2 every now and then to feel appreciated and needed. I feel so alone and unhappy. please help!
Not that it will make much difference but I have been living with him these 6 years.
Mr.HATE >>> I didn't say I want to be 1st . I know work comes first but he doesn't work on weekends. My complaint is on the weekends!! geesh!
I have been very supportive of his job and I do miss him when he's away. I looked forward to the weekends to be with him and he either argues with me by nitpicking or finding others to spend his time with. I have mentioned leaving to him once and had my bags packed to leave, he took time off work so that I wouldn't go by saying he's sorry. I stayed but things still continue.
