Do I act to immature for my age?

I'm 14 years old and I still act like a kid

I like watching The Proud Family
I still like to play around a bit
I jump up and down when I get excited
I act crazy sometimes
When I get scared in social situations I like to hide ehind my mother sometimes
I'm still very shy and feel belittled when around people
I feel more comfortable around younger kids than kids older than me because I feel scared around older teens 15 and up

Sometimes I feel bad when I act this way. I feel awkward at my age. I'm 14 and when I want to do the things I used to do as a child I know I can't do those things anymore and it's upsetting. I watch these different tv shows and movies with teens in it and they imitate the lives of adults. They have these teens acting like adults. I mean, these teens have cars, relationships, go on vacations by themselves, organize events, etc. And I wonder if I should be acting this way? How is a teenager supposed to act? Can we still be kids? I just want to enjoy life before bills
