Why are my flash rollovers acting wierd?

Hi there!

I've only learned flash in high school and that was a while back so bear with me. I have a question about my rollovers.

I'm not too sure why the animation for the rollover is acting as the whole button i.e When you mouseover the blank area where the rollover goes; it activates itself.

I could use someone's expertise here because on previous websites I've done it doesn't do this (albeit those were a LONG time ago lol).
