OK this may sound dumb to some, but what does it mean when someone says you're

I would take it to mean Personal Assistant and they are stereotypically: Anal Retentive, Organised, Stressed, Highly Strung and always under pressure.

It's like saying to an angry person, "OK, so don't go Postal!", referring to disgruntled Postal workers who have gone ballistic on ex co-workers with a gun, especially in Melbourne, AUSTRALIA, after being fired from their job, etc. A gun man.
