he tells my cousin he still loves me and then acts like a jerk to me?

Honestly, I currently have a boyfriend but my ex is always popping into my head lately. He talks to my cousin thru myspace and he tries to get with her, and my cousin brings me up in the conversations because she wants us back together. and he sometimes tells her he still thinks about me, misses me, those kind of things, and once he even said he still loved me (long story short, we went out for about 5 months, he broke up with me, saying he didnt love me,we didn't talk, i began going to the same school as him, we were going to get back together, but we didnt, and everytime we talk we argue over the past.. just a bunch of drama) but everytime i talk to him, he's a complete jerk to me. Last night, i got a new cell phone so I decided to text him and give him my new number , he replied "Why should i save it, we dont talk." I mean, what the heck is going thru his mind? He tells my cousin all these things, and when it comes to it, he acts like a jerk. I'm moving out of state in two months,
and he's quite aware of this. And I would really like to get together with him, to talk things out, before I leave. But the way he's been treating me, I don't know if I even should. He'd probley stand me up or something. We've been broken up for about 8 months now, I know it's time to move on, but it's hard because honestly, I did love him. It's crazy I know, but I just don't know what's going on anymore with him? Someone help ?
