How to act around a girl i like alot?

So there's a girl at my work i really like, i work part time and its i work with her one evening a week with her and i know some of her freinds and vice versa but not very well. But i have NO confidence and i never know what to say or anything and it makes a conversation really awkward. We were speaking the other day and i feel that sometimes i make it sound as if i'm not interested, but i really am. I also think she is way out of my league, which sucks but i sometimes think there's always a small chance she likes me to?

Basically there's not really much of a question in that, but if anyone can help me on what to say or how to act or just any adivce i would be very grateful. Thanks
one thing that made me think... maybe she does like me too.
Even though i'm probably reading into it way to much. But she was stacking a shelf at work and as i walked past when she saw me she ljust smiled and dropped the thing she was holding.
