spksccrchica216 has a spectacular aura about
fun calculus trivia?

Find the extreme values of the function and where they occur. Give your answers correct to 2 decimal places. If there are no extreme values, enter NONE.

y = (x+1) / (x^2 + 2x + 26)

Consider the following function.
y = x^4 - 10x^2 + 9
Use analytic methods to find the local extrema, the intervals on which the function is increasing, and the intervals on which the function is decreasing. If something does not exist or is undefined, enter NONE.

Use the derivative of the function y = f(x) to find the points at which f has a local maximum, local minimum, or point of inflection.
y ' = (x - 1)2(x - 2)(x - 4)

Find the critical numbers of the function and describe the behavior of f at these numbers. (List your answers in increasing order.)
f(x) = x^10(x - 2)^9
