Whippets are sight-hounds, "cousins" to the Greyhounds. They have been clocked at 35 mph. They are smaller and more agile than the Greyhound and are faster in the short run, but Greyhounds have more stamina and are faster in the long run.

I'm not sure if this is good, but I think it is really cool; There are more differant types of fish in the world than mammals and anphibians combined.
I also know that the surface where the snail sticks to things is called a foot.
A baby fish is called a fri.

The only other animal that requires vitamin C besides humans and apes is the guinea pig.

Rats cannot burp or vomit.

Dogs are allergic to chocolate and grapes/raisins.

People aren't actually allergic to pet hair, it's pet saliva.
[i'm not positive about that one but i'm pretty sure]
