Professor X has a spectacular aura about
Some Yankees, Red Sox trivia questions...?

1) Which Sox owner traded Babe Ruth to the Yankees? What year did this happen?

2) What historical events occurred in Yankee and Red Sox history in 1941?

3) Who gave up these famous home runs?
Bucky Dent - 1978 - one game divisional playoff
Aaron Boone - 2003 ALCS Game 7
David Ortiz - 2004 ALCS Game 4

4) When was the last time the Yankees finished in last place in their division? When was the last time for Red Sox?

5) Who was the first Black player to have played for both the Yankees and Red Sox?

6) Prior to 2004, when was the last time the Red Sox beat the Yankees in a Pennant-deciding game?
funkyjedi: That is damn close. You are incorrect on #6 though. I could have worded the question differently, "the last time the Red Sox franchise beat the Yankee franchise in a Pennant-deciding game."
