Tom and Jerry Trivia question?

Tom is some professional Maestro leading an orchestra, and Jerry seems interested in trying his Maetsro skills, but Tom wont let him ever do that................both start to fight over who should lead...and after useless attempts, jerry goes on sawing holes underneath the musicians chairs and all start to fall right through....on noticing this, Tom hurries across and begins playing each and every left instrument........finally, jerry gets some rapturous ovation and the camera pans along to show the tired Tom. What episode is that and what symphony is featured in this episode?
