Who was the only player in NHL history to play in both outdoor hockey games that were counted towards regular season statistics?

Hint: The player in question also happens to be part of a racial minority in the NHL.

I never new Alaskans were a racial minority. So I guess it wasn't Ty Conklin who played in both Games then it must have been George Laracque
