I just read these facts recently and wanted to see who could get the answers.

1) Co-wrote the theme to a popular TV show, name it.
2) What is on his knees.
3) Arrested for peeing on a famous landmark, name it.
4) One of his album covers was partially censored, which one and why.
5) His favorite band.
