Movie Trivia!?

Okay, there's this one movie... and I'm pretty sure I want to see it again, but I can't place the scene that I remember.
There's a guy who stutters, though, and the main "villain" gives him a chance to save himself, or somebody, or something. He tells him to count to 3 (?) without stuttering. The guy tries REALLY hard, but then, I'm pretty sure he fails. Anyone know the movie?

And two! In the animated 101 Dalmations, what do they call the bark? The one they start when the puppies get kidnapped?
I've never seen Hostel or Pulp Fiction, though... any other movies with that sort of scene?

First question is Pan's Labyrinth where they capture a resistence fighter and the head army person tells him to count to three without stuttering and he will free him, if not he will be tortured. He stutters on the number 3.
