Trivia Question #1?

Basically, this is a trivia question, open to anyone who wants a couple points. There are a few guidelines that you should follow if you want to win though.
1) The answer must be correct. (Pretty obvious, but I though I'd mention it.)
2) No one word answers. Your answer should be well thought out, complete, and detailed.
3) Please use English, not texting lingo (i.e. becuz, im, 4 instead of for, etc. etc.).
