Percentage of chance to gold and then silver:
= 100%(8/15 * 7/14)
= 100%([{8/2}/15] * [7/{14/2}])
= 100%(4/15)
= 80/3% or 26.66 2/3%

Answer: 26 2/3%

Expressed in ratio:
= 4 to 11 of drawing and not drawing out of 15 chances
It means it has 4 chances of drawing and 11 chances of not drawing the desired results.
