Its pretty good. Her waist is too small so you can either make the head smaller or the body bigger -- make sure her head is proportioned to her body. Try to use better drawing utensils if you actually want somebody to buy it (it looks like you used regular coloring markers). If you like drawing with markers use Copic Ciao markers, those are the makers I use. Drawing manga/anime style is ALL~ about the detail -- and you got that down. If you did the following I would probably buy it for $5.00-$10.00, it depends. If I had the money. XD

[EDIT] Danielle: At least he/she is trying. the person took the time to color and put in some crucial details, even though there are few. "Poor" would be the wrong adjective to use -- take it from someone who has been drawing for years. And for anime style drawing you actual do need, what you would call, a guide.
Such as this 3/4 face. You draw the contour lines to make it easier to draw, even though at first it may be time consuming.
