Does this mean my friend is drawing away, or am I just being insecure?

My best friend moved away last year, but we have remained in touch. But when I told her that I was feeling a little lonely and left out when she was telling me what she and her new best friend would do, all she told me was to reach out to other people and I'll find new friends. Does this mean anything? Because if she's trying to make me feel better, it's not working...
I'm not jealous, I'm positive of that. What I meant was, when I emailed her about it, she added in a "Ugh..."
Like she couldn't be bothered by my problems anymore.
Also, she's moved at least 4 times, so she's actually used to making new friends. She told me this herself. I KNOW she can be friends with other people. I don't have a problem with it. It's just that she's not really doing anything to make me feel better, and when I was meeting her very first best friend, that's what she did for her. Reassure her that she's not replacing her( the best friend.)
